Level 2 Certificate in Behaviour that Challenges in Children

This course is ideal for anyone who wants to work in the education and health and social care sectors.

This qualification will provide you with a detailed understanding of behaviour that challenges in children, including how such behaviour can be assessed and the avoidance techniques that can help minimise the effects of behaviour that challenges. The course covers how different coexisting conditions, such as a learning disability, a mental health condition, sensory issues and autism can impact on behaviour that challenges and how to support those children who experience these complex behaviours.

Eligibility

This training programme is fully funded for those aged 19 and over (Eligibility is generally unemployed and in receipt of benefits).

Course Delivery & Duration

This is a distance learning programme which requires you to have access to a computer and internet. Once enrolled you will be given access to our digital platform with online learning materials and online assessments. This course can take up to 6 weeks to complete.
